Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original merchandise, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
