US Version! Tested! Authentic! One owner game. Complete with Case, Manual, Sega Registration Card, marketing insert, back artwork & 4 games discs. Case hinges are intact and case opens/closes without issue. Case has some light scratches but is in very good overall shape considering the age of the item and poor durability of Saturn cases in general. Case still has a nice gloss/shine and was safely stored. Manual is in good shape, slight wavy creasing on covers and a coupe indents. The back artwork has what looks to be moisture wear as evidenced by the wavy and creased nature of the paper. It also have some dings and word edges (see pics) Disc two does have some light marks but is in great overall shape and the other (3) game discs have little to no wear. Game was tested and working.
